Job Description

Role Purpose

The Cyber Security Analyst - L3 plays a crucial role in the protection of the organization’s sensitive information. You will be expected to analyse existing security measures, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend actionable enhancement strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of various security frameworks and the ability to implement best practices to bolster the organization's security posture effectively. Furthermore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security solutions are adopted across all platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in SailPoint with a strong development/support background.
  • In-depth expertise in connector management, workflows, lifecycle events, rules, custom reports, certifications, custom scheduled tasks, and reconciliation.
  • Proficient in Application On-boarding for built-in and custom connectors, including the development of application rules and provisioning rules.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing SQL queries tailored to enhance data security and compliance.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Java, J2EE (including Servlet, JSP, and JDBC), and HTML.
  • Proficient in customizing and upgrading SailPoint IdentityIQ for optimal performance.
  • Familiarity with IdentityAI SaaS application is a plus.
  • Experience in supporting production deployments and troubleshooting bugs efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Unix, WebLogic, and SSL certificates is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for managing calls with customers independently.
  • Solid understanding of incident/problem management processes is required.

  • Hands-on experience in developing/executing SQL queries that align with security objectives.
  • Knowledge of Java, J2EE (Servlet, JSP, JDBC), and HTML is required.
  • Expertise in customizing and upgrading SailPoint IdentityIQ effectively.
  • Good to have knowledge in IdentityAI SaaS application.
  • Support for production deployment and provide timely bug fixes.
  • Experience with Unix, WebLogic, and SSL certificates will be an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively in communication with customers.
  • Understanding of incident/problem management processes is important.
