  • Experience: 5–7 years overall in IAM | 3+ years in SailPoint IsC | SailPoint IIQ Background
  • Proven IAM professional with deep hands-on experience in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IsC), and a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Demonstrated capability in implementing end-to-end identity lifecycle processes including RBAC, JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver), custom workflows, triggers, launchers, and access recertification.
  • Skilled at transitioning legacy IIQ environments to IsC, leveraging deep architectural understanding and platform expertise to modernize identity governance.
  • Develop, test, and deploy new IAM features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams to integrate SailPoint with other systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to identity management and access controls.
  • Proficient in JSON, REST APIs, SCIM, and SaaS-based IAM integration
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Document configurations, processes, and changes in the IAM system.
  • Experience with Java, XML, and other scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory.
