Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design the organisation’s computer and network security infrastructure and protect its systems and sensitive information from cyber threats

  • Understanding of information security and data privacy fundamentals, Business Continuity and Disater recovery, BCP DR  with ISO 27001 standards, regulations like GDPR, PCI-DSS.
  • Have more than 9 years of experience in Governance, risk and compliance and handling security requirements for accounts
  • Experience in identifying security related non-compliance issues, monitoring and tracking them to closure.
  • Ensuring employee on-boarding, BGV and off-boarding process is adhered as per the account and Wipro requirements
  • Experience in coordinating and collaborating with various technical teams to get appropriate evidence for different types of audits
  • Experience in managing MSA/SOW compliance in a banking customer
  • Experience in communicating with various levels of stakeholders to ensure security requirements are met
  • Experience in preparing Business continuity and disaster recovery process, plan and conducting required tests.
  • Experience in handling ERM audits in terms of gathering evidence from different support teams as per ERM audit requirements
  • Experience in handling DLP / security incidents and bring it to closure with appropriate CAPA
  • Understanding and experience in identifying risks, analysing risks and providing meaningful risk treatment options.

2. Stakeholder coordination & audit assistance

a. Liaise with stakeholders in relation to cyber security issues and provide timely support and future recommendations

b. Provide assistance in maintaining an information security risk register and help with internal and external audits relating to information security

c. Support audit of security best practices and implementation of security principles across the organization, to meet business goals along with customer and regulatory requirements

d. Assist with the creation, maintenance and delivery of cyber security awareness training to team members and customers

e. Provide training to employees on issues such as spam and unwanted or malicious emails
