Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution

Skill
- Strong working knowledge of VMware Aria Automation & Orchestrator.
- Handson experience on Aria Automation to automate virtual infrastructure, streamline manual processes, and provide a self-service catalog to consumers.
- Working experience on vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager to deploy & manage VMware Products.
- Experience on VMware vRealize Suite products such as vRA, vRO, vROPS, vRLI etc.
- Handson experience on Aria Automation components such as Service Broker, Assembler & Pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Scripting language such as Javascript, PowerShell, Python, YAML, RUST, GIT etc.
- Experience on devops tools such as Gitlab, CI/CD etc.
- Working experience on VMware vSphere ESXi, vCenter Server & day to day VM operations.
- Experience on Upgrade & Patching of VMware vSphere products.
- Working knowledge on VMware identity management, vRealize Operations Manager.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud VMware Engine (GCVE)
- Identify and resolve issues related to VMware infrastructure, including virtual machines, ESXi hosts, vCenter servers, and networking components.
- Strong understanding of day-to-day Virtual Machine Management Tasks.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their VMware-related concerns and inquiries.
- Basic knowledge in operating system administration for Linux and Windows
- Basic knowledge in networking and SAN Storage
- ITIL process understanding

2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
