Join Wipro Philippines Inc as a Customer Service Representative!

As a critical member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve professionally managing incoming calls, where you will resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently. We are looking for individuals who are not just problem solvers but also passionate communicators dedicated to fostering a positive experience for every caller.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Active Listening: Attentively understand customer needs and demonstrate empathy to build genuine connections.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our client's offerings to provide informed assistance.
  • Call Management: Punctually resolve issues while maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring that every interaction is pleasant.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our call tracking systems.
  • Performance Goals: Meet and exceed contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall service excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in activities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance

 

 

Qualifications:

    • At least High School Graduate/K12 Graduate
    • Min. of 6 mons of customer service experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
    • Good problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and typing
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to work in shifting schedules
