This career opportunity within our career framework is at Partner level and is for Hi-Tech consulting business unit. The role as a Hi-Tech Partner will lead growth of the consulting business across strategic account(s) like Apple and Meta by leveraging both existing and emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for the accounts and consulting.  

 

 

Our Hi-Tech Partner is expected to build C-level relationships, and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant for business growth strategy, in collaboration with the Global Account Executives and other business leaders.  

 

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary leader. In this role, you will drive business development, sales, and lead strategic consulting engagements with key technology clients like Apple or Meta. You’ll help some of the world’s most innovative companies navigate complex challenges, accelerate transformation, and unlock new growth opportunities in a dynamic and competitive industry. This role requires a unique blend of strategic insight, executive relationship management, solution innovation, and delivery excellence. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Wipro and client organizations to position consulting as a trusted and high-impact partner. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the consulting agenda across one or more strategic Hi-Tech accounts, managing business development, client relationships, shaping and selling consulting engagements, and leading delivery  

  • Partner with client executives to shape, define, and execute transformation strategies (e.g.), customer experience, operational efficiency, product innovation, and digital enablement 

  • Develop differentiated consulting solutions leveraging emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, cloud, IoT, and data analytics 

  • Cultivate strong C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor, shaping long-term client strategy and investment priorities 

  • Collaborate with global account teams and cross-functional leaders to align on client goals, scale delivery, and ensure seamless execution 

  • Drive brand visibility and thought leadership by contributing to publications, industry forums, analyst discussions, and digital channels 

  • Lead and mentor consulting teams, building a high-performing, client-centric culture that focuses on excellence   

 

Required Skillsets 

  • Proven track record in a senior consulting or advisory role within the Hi-Tech industry, with experience driving multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives at companies such as Apple or Meta. 

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to leverage existing relationships, win new business, expand client relationships, and lead strategic growth efforts 

  • Deep knowledge of the Hi-Tech landscape, including trends and challenges across multiple areas (e.g., Trust & Safety, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR) 

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to craft high-impact messaging for senior audiences 

  • Experience leading complex, consulting engagements and multi-disciplinary teams across geographies and functions 

  • Passion for innovation and transformation, with an ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable client solutions 

  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing consulting talent; fosters excellence across teams 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $190,000 to $265,000. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
