Wipro Consumer Sector is currently seeking an innovative and strategic Account Executive to drive and expand a key account based in Seattle. In this role, you will be at the forefront of directing the organic growth strategy across a diverse strategic account portfolio. This includes setting a long-term vision, conducting annual account planning, identifying vital growth opportunities, proactively creating value for clients, and monitoring the overall financial health of accounts under your purview. As a Client Partner, you will be tasked with driving profitable growth from the account while nurturing strategic client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through world-class service delivery. Ultimately, the objective is to empower the client’s success, fostering their commitment to Wipro through a relationship rooted in trust and collaboration.

Minimum of 15+ years of proven experience in selling IT Services, preferably in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive firms.
- In-depth understanding of global delivery models (GDM) and methodologies, with expertise in cross-selling multiple service lines to clients.
- Aptitude for presenting and engaging at all organizational levels, exhibiting strong consultative sales skills.
- Strong collaborative skills, capable of working across various teams and service lines to align efforts for optimal account management.
- Direct exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles is essential for success in this position.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts across diverse geographical regions.
- Proven track record in Account Management, adept at building and sustaining client relationships at all levels.
- Responsibility for meeting revenue targets, bookings, and overall operational metrics.
- Capability to address and resolve team dynamics and people management issues within Wipro teams.
- Proactively generate leads by engaging with clients in various business units to expand our market presence.
- Skills in crafting and presenting proposals, both proactive and in response to RFP/RFI opportunities.
- Facilitate interactions with client procurement and supplier relationship teams to ensure effective contract management, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Collaborate closely with senior client personnel (CIOs, VPs, and Directors) to propose, advise, assess, and prime opportunities for business growth.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options
