We are looking for a strategic and experienced Social Listening Senior Analyst to join the Designit team supporting Microsoft Cloud Marketing’s Blog and Social programs. This high-performing team manages over 100 social channels and 20+ marketing blogs targeting developers, IT professionals, business leaders, and SMBs. They publish over 2,600 posts monthly across platforms, promoting 170+ products like Azure, M365, Teams, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
As the Social Listening Sr Analyst, you'll lead the Community Management social listening strategy, delivering actionable insights to guide marketing, brand, and business decisions across the Cloud portfolio.

What You'll Do
Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a holistic social listening strategy aligned with Microsoft Cloud’s business goals.

Define KPIs, benchmarks, and goals to measure success and impact.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and business teams to integrate insights into decision-making.
Social Media Monitoring & Analysis

Use Sprinklr’s Modern Marketing, Research, and Engagement modules to monitor and analyze brand, product, and competitor mentions.

Track trends, sentiment, and audience engagement across social platforms.

Produce regular performance reports and executive-ready summaries with insights and recommendations.
Consumer & Competitive Insights

Translate listening data into actionable consumer insights to shape campaigns, product strategy, and CX improvements.

Benchmark Microsoft Cloud’s presence and engagement against competitors.
Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with internal stakeholders to identify listening goals and deliver strategic support.

Present complex data clearly to senior leaders and guide strategic recommendations.
Innovation & Best Practices

Stay current on the latest tools, technologies, and trends in social listening and media analytics.

Continuously improve methodologies and reporting frameworks.

Provide thought leadership around social strategy and insights application.

What You Bring
-
5+ years in social media analytics, market research, or a related field; 2+ years in a leadership or strategic role.

Proven expertise with Sprinklr (Research, Engagement, Marketing modules).

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; capable of turning complex data into clear insights.

Experience managing or influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.

Deep understanding of platform algorithms, social trends, and performance metrics for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Familiarity with Microsoft tools: SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Solid grasp of digital marketing principles and competitive landscapes in B2B tech.
Compensation Data
Compensation: $100000 to $110000 per annum
Experience: 5-8 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
