Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

  • Work With Business to gather WRs and forecast demand for Project WRs and Fitment.
  • Manage the Project Intake Process and maintain a clear demand Pipeline
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to balance demand WRs and Capacity
  • Analyse the WRs Projects nature and prioritize them accordingly.
  • Drive Process Improvements in the demand Project Management life Cycle
  • Analyse small business WRs and convert them into requirement documents by coordinating with Business users.
Mandatory Skills: Business Process Management .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .
