Role Purpose

The Training Content Lead is responsible for the development and oversight of all training content, ensuring it is tailored to meet the needs of its stakeholders. This role involves close collaboration with the Learning and Development Integration Lead and managing the offshore instructional design team. The Training Content Lead will be based onshore in Australia, working directly to conduct learning needs analyses and design comprehensive training curricula.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Lead the creation and refinement of training materials, ensuring they are engaging, relevant, and aligned with objectives. This involves a hands-on approach to content creation, working closely with the team to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore instructional design team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high quality content development. This includes regular communication and collaboration to align on objectives and progress.
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify training needs and gaps, using this information to inform curriculum design. This involves engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure the training programme meets their needs.
  • Curriculum Design: Develop and implement a structured curriculum that addresses the identified learning needs and supports the overall training strategy. This includes designing course structures, content, and delivery methods.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on training content and delivery methods. This involves regular meetings and updates to ensure alignment and address any concerns.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all training materials are reviewed and approved according to the standards and requirements. This includes conducting quality checks and implementing improvements based on feedback.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in instructional design and content development, with experience in managing training projects.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct effective learning needs analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging manner.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform solutions and their application within training contexts.
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to content creation and training deliverables, ensuring high quality outputs.
Mandatory Skills: Business Change Consulting (OCM) .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .
