Job Title:Platform Architect
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Platform Architectto lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud platform for energy analytics B2B2B cloud solution. Role involves Azure services expertise for defining the architecture of the platform including network, compute, storage, identity, monitoring, integration between frontend & backend services and implementing platform security and performance.
Mandatory Skills:
• Define and own the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Azure Cloud platform deployment architecture and infrastructure topology by considering all security & performance parameters
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure architectural designs for the platform
• Ensure the platform's design supports high availability, scalability, and resilience on Azure using Azure IaaS/PaaS like VNet, Azure Front Door, Load Balancer, VPN Gateway, Azure App Service, Azure Event Hub, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks
• Experience in architecting and deploying backend Microservices & serverless architecture using Kubernetes/AKS, Azure Functions, API Management, API Gateway, Logic Apps, Service Bus
• Experience in Backend for Frontend frameworks like GraphQL, REST API based integration
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics
• OAuth2/OpenID Connect implementation for multitenant SSO and design for security and compliance using Azure Key Vault, Azure Policy, Azure Purview
• Should have experience in developing & deploying Multitenant Platforms using Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, RBAC, Managed Identities
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the cloud platform using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (Terraform) on Azure.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Influx DB, Graph DB, Data Governance & Data Security
• Experience with DevOps tools & pipelines
• Experience with WebGL for 3D grid visualizations.
• Knowledge of energy compliance standards (NERC CIP)
Experience: 8-10 Years .
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
