Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Cloud modules including EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), and ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service). The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business performance through technology

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle EPM Cloud modules (EPBCS, HFM, ARCS).

Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and manage service requests within SLAs.

Collaborate with business users to understand issues, gather enhancement requirements, and deliver solutions.

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

Support month-end and year-end close activities, including data loads, reconciliations, and reporting.

Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR management and issue resolution.

Document support procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles.

Participate in minor enhancements, patch testing, and regression testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, HFM, ARCS).

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes.

Experience with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.

Experience in a managed services or support environment.

Exposure to integration tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or REST APIs
