Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation support.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Champion change management and user adoption strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA, or other modules).
  • Strong understanding of SAP systems and business processes.
  • Excellent project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies).
  • PMP, Prince2, or SAP certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English
