Job Description

Regulatory Labeling and Artwork Lead

Location: This is a remote/work from home (WFH), full-time direct hire position.

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri

 

Position Summary: 

The Regulatory Labelling and Artwork Lead will be responsible for supporting the development, review and maintenance of global and regional pharmaceutical labeling and artwork. This role ensures that all labeling components, including structured product labeling (SPL), translations, and packaging artwork, comply with applicable regulatory requirements across multiple markets.

 

Additional Job Duties:

  • Oversee the labeling lifecycle management process.
  • Provide quality control (QC).
  • Proofread and coordinate operational activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of labeling content.
  • Support all country labels at broad level and handle operations.

 

Although this role will be work from home, you must live within a 90-minute commute of Wipro/Client’s office locations in Phoenix, AZ, Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, or Austin, TX to facilitate training, corporate services and other in-person requirements of the role

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Life Sciences or Pharmacy degree or equivalent
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience in Pharma
  • Knowledge of Global and Regional Labelling and artwork regulations and requirements for multiple countries
  • Prior experience on handling artwork and label QC and proofreading
  • Prior experience working with structured product labeling (SPL) and labeling life cycle management.
  • Understanding of labeling requirements for US and EU
  • Experience updating on USPI, SmPCs and understanding of global label update process.

 

Preferences:

  • Artwork experience with support on label updates
  • Advanced academic qualifications/degree such as PhD

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
