Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive project milestones, and ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget, while maintaining high client satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects or programs. 

  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. 

  • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation plans are in place. 

  • Track program performance and progress, ensuring deadlines are met. 

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on program status. 

  • Handle team performance management, goal setting, and ensure resource allocation aligns with program needs.  

  • Drive continuous improvement within the program management process. 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to fluently speak Japanese and English 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as a Program Manager in large-scale, multi-team projects. 

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certifications are a plus. 

  • Working knowledge in the telecom industry preferred 

  • Experience working on outcome-based engagements
