Qualifications                                                                                                       )

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in technical project management, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in managing large customer projects/programs. (Telecom background preferrable)
  • Excellent understanding of telecommunication domain
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale projects
  • Demonstrated experience in leading complex system integrations, data migrations and application customizations. Proficiency in risk management and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches, along with a solid understanding of the IT landscape and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives, clients and cross-functional teams in a matrix set-up
  • PgMP or PMP certified (Advantage)
  • Japanese : Native (Must)
  • English : Conversational (Preferred)

 

Others

  • At least 3days in a week at customer sites (Mainly Kawasaki)
