詐欺的な求人にはご注意ください！
Wiproの人事担当者を装った人物から雇用を持ちかけられ、現金の支払いを要求されたという応募者からの苦情が多数寄せられています。これらはすべて偽の求人です。Wiproが雇用に際して、応募者にいかなる支払いを求めることも決してありません。私たちは誠実さを非常に重視しており、応募者の皆さまにお送りするすべてのメールには、採用詐欺に対する注意喚起を記載しています。常に警戒してください。不正な求人から身を守る最大の防御策は、あなた自身の注意力です。
採用詐欺とは何ですか？
採用詐欺とは、実在しない求人を提示する巧妙な詐欺行為です。多くの場合、Wiproを名乗る偽のWebサイトや、依頼していないメールを通じてオンラインで行われます。これらのメールでは、個人情報の提供を求められ、最終的には、存在しない仕事に対する応募手続き費用、機材購入費用、その他さまざまな名目での支払いを要求されることがあります。
偽の求人を見分ける方法
偽の求人には、以下のような共通点があります。
- 公開メールアドレスから送信されており、「@wipro.com」ドメインのメールアドレスではない、または WhatsApp、Telegram、LinkedIn 上の不明なユーザーから連絡が来る。
- Wiproの人事担当者や、Wiproの上級幹部を名乗る人物からの連絡であると主張する。
- 指定された銀行口座への保証金（セキュリティデポジット）の支払いを求め、Wipro入社時に同額を返金すると説明する。注意：Wiproは採用プロセスのいかなる段階においても手数料を請求することはなく、採用に関して料金を徴収する権限を第三者やパートナーに付与したこともありません。
- 信憑性を高めるために、「資格証明書」「職務経歴証明書」や写真の提出を求める。注意：Wiproの採用チームが、銀行口座情報、税務書類、クレジットカード情報などの個人情報を採用プロセスの一環として要求することはありません。
- 文法やスペルの誤りが多数含まれている。
- 本物らしく見せるために、Wiproのオフィスでの面接を求めるケースがある。
- メールに記載されている連絡先住所や電話番号が虚偽であることが多い。
- SMSなどのテキストメッセージを使った詐欺では、発信元番号を偽装し、米国からの連絡であるかのように見せかける。注意：Wiproが WhatsApp、Telegram などのインスタントメッセージアプリを通じて面接を依頼することはありません。また、当社の採用プロセスでは、少なくとも1回の面接（オンラインまたは対面）が必ず行われます。
偽のWipro求人・広告への対処方法
このようなメールを受け取った場合は、直ちにスパムとして報告してください。金銭の支払いや振り込み、メール内のリンクのクリックは絶対に行わないでください。十分な確認が取れない限り、個人書類を共有しないでください。求人の出所に疑問がある場合や不安な場合は、WiproのWebサイトにある「careers」セクションを確認し、求人情報や応募内容を必ず検証してください。当社の募集情報の一部は、世界各地の主要な媒体やポータルサイトに広告やWebバナーとして掲載されることがあります。正規のWipro広告には、Wiproのロゴ、Wiproのメールアドレス、そしてWipro CareersページのURLが必ず記載されています。
万が一、すでに支払いを行ってしまった場合は、最寄りの警察署に被害届を提出し、なりすまし行為者に対する適切な対応が取られるようにしてください。なお、金銭と引き換えに第三者が行ったいかなる雇用保証についても、Wiproはそれを履行する義務を負わないことをご理解ください。
不審なメール、広告、またはWiproの求人を装う人物に遭遇した場合は、helpdesk.recruitment@wipro.comまでご連絡ください。本アドレスは履歴書や採用応募の受付を行っていないため、履歴書は送付しないでください。
不正または不公平な採用慣行に関する苦情や懸念は、Ombuds Group（ombuds.person@wipro.com）までお寄せください。
