My goal is to enable business growth.
I’ve joined Wipro as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for APMEA. I have had the opportunity to work and gain experience of 21 years from different industries like Banking, IT and others. At Wipro, my goals are to build robust talent acquisition strategies and processes enabling business growth.
I have done my Masters in Organizational Psychology from INSEAD, Singapore and Second Masters in Human Resources Management and Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from India.
I have been living in Singapore for the past 15 years. Prior to Wipro, I worked at Citibank N.A., Singapore. I also worked for a Japanese Bank where I served on the company board and managed business operations for Singapore Technology Center along with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Function. My career journey allowed me to work with diverse teams and build my expertise in scaling recruitment delivery for global organizations.
During last year’s lockdown, I was able to spend some quality time with my wife and two daughters. I also tried my hands on baking cupcakes with them. I started meditating, which has now become part of my routine. This new routine has helped me to be more self-aware, focused and creative in my day-to-day schedule.
I strongly believe that growing together will lead us to a better world and a prosperous society. Through an NPO, Children’s Wishing Well, I try to support the families in need with a monthly supply of groceries. With privileges, I feel responsible to help in any way I can.
