Il y a cinq ans, j'ai rejoint Wipro en tant que conseiller juridique principal en Europe centrale. Pendant mes premières années chez Wipro, j'ai aidé notre équipe de vente à obtenir et à négocier des contrats avec des clients de toute l'Europe centrale.
Cependant, au fil du temps, et au fur et à mesure que j'ai acquis de l'expérience, mes responsabilités ont constamment augmenté et je suis maintenant chargé de diriger l'équipe juridique européenne. Je suis également responsable de toutes les tâches juridiques et de conformité en Europe. Experience at Wipro
We are entering a new normal as we face a near-global lockdown for an indeterminate amount of time. As many of our employees work from home, our ways of working with customers and vendors are changing.
In this rapidly evolving health crisis, there are many urgent challenges to meet, much caretaking to do, many practical realities that we are all trying to figure out. The pandemic affects us all, and we are all coping the best way we can.
I found these ideas by Jessica Grose useful: Sleep well, keep your worries at bay, try some unusual approach, be less judgmental, follow social distancing but stay connected, and help others.
As Wipro’s leaders, we must all lead through this crisis. Let us lead with care and humility. I know this will not be easy in these circumstances. I am also taking the liberty to share these leadership habits worth practicing: Communicate better with your teams, being positive but not overly optimistic, involve employees for the greater good, engage with your customers regularly, and support vendors through decisions and actions. Working from home doesn’t mean working all the time. Ease the numbness induced with back-to-back video calls and a long to-do list by reinventing vacations and time off, and encouraging your team to do the same. Personally, I have started taking time every day for fitness and rejuvenation. I sincerely hope and suggest that everybody else should plan their work judiciously and focus on physical and mental fitness, aside from improving family time.

Experience at Wipro
Working at Wipro changed my life in several ways. It has helped me grow both professionally and personally, and it also helped me become the person I am today. I joined Wipro in 2010 and have been working here for over 10 years now. Over these years, I have collaborated with several industry professionals, and I was able to gain wider exposure and expertise.
Moving to Wipro from my earlier job was a big change for me, since I was in charge of just the HR function here, unlike my previous job. However, I soon came to discover how fun and interesting my job is as I was responsible for employee engagement. The first three years at Wipro was an uphill ride for me, but things settled down soon, and my hard work was rewarded when I was promoted to the Senior Manager role. Today, after years of perseverance, I’m the HR Head for Romania and Bulgaria. Over the years, besides rebadging multiple projects, I’ve also worked with C&B, outsourced HR Admin to HRSS, carried out automation of several HR processes and, with the skills gained during this process, also became a local EU expert in rebadging.

The best part about this is having supportive leaders who give us autonomy to work,and recognize and reward our efforts without fail. Here, we celebrate every achievement, big or small. As the Head of Wipro’s Talent Acquisition team for Europe, my goals are to focus more on bringing efficiency while speeding up our processes. My plans are to strengthen our TA team and hold a strong position with the business in all locations.
To achieve the best even in critical times, my family and friends have always supported and motivated me. They inspire me to always stay focused on my goals.
During this work-from-home situation, I got the opportunity to solve jigsaws and play chess, darts and table football after a long time. I also got the time to invest more in raising charity. Once I completed 10 swims of 5 kilometres each time to raise over £20,000 pounds for charity and donated blood 92 times now.
I am sure that I would be working in charitable exploits if I wasn’t a professional in the IT industry. I also think that I would be a professional driver in the Bahamas but this might be due to the pandemic lockdown.
