My G100 experience was filled with great networking across Wipro. I got to explore 80% of the businesses and industries I was interested in. I think it was a great way to understand Wipro’s culture and value proposition. I got an opportunity to co-create solutions for Wipro’s clients globally and to work with leaders across several verticals.
Today, we stand at the cusp of a bold new future - one that holds the promise of infinite opportunities and is defined by new global paradigms, disruptive technologies and unconventional business models.
Organizations of the future will demand a new breed of dynamic and enterprising leaders who will radically reshape our notion of 'change'.
We are on a quest to identify the next generation of leaders and are looking for people who demonstrate agility, innovative outlook and collaborative work ethics.
We have gone across the globe to look for those of you who have the potential to lead. This 15-month program will not only challenge you, it will also accelerate your learning.
Come and be a part of this journey!

We are seeking diverse candidates with leadership skills and an open mind to new challenges. We value the ability to navigate ambiguity and to influence decisions. Engaging communication skills, curiosity, and high levels of resilience are considered an asset.
The three competencies we probably value the most are:
Agility & Adaptability
We live in times where new technologies are evolving in the blink of an eye. Transformation and complexity are the order of the day. We need leaders with vision and the ability to accomplish goals at a rapid pace, who look upon challenges as opportunities, are comfortable with change and ambiguity and can adapt to varied roles as we scale.
We are accustomed to dealing with emerging trends and disruptive technologies across the enterprise stack in our existing lines of business. We need innovative minds who have the courage to venture out of their comfort zones and disrupt established patterns.
Does the idea of collaborating with over 170,000 people across geographies, cultures, nationalities, and ethnicities excite and inspire you? We believe that a culture that encourages plurality of thought and embraces a diversity of opinions will ultimately lead to new ideas and innovation.
Wipro recruits second year MBAs from select business schools. In a typical year, we hire close to thirty Global Business Managers in select geographies. Applicants should have between 3-6 years of prior work experience to be considered for the program.
Review our campus event dates for when Wipro will be on your campus via your school’s career website. We encourage you to attend our events, meet our people, and gain an understanding of what it’s like to join the Global 100 Program.

The G100 program is a great combination that allows one to design their own experience while working at a large organization with specialized roles. Furthermore, the hands-on experience and learn-as-you-go technology immersion combined with varied functional roles were formative and helped me develop a sense of where I wanted to be. Plus, I found the cultural mélange of Wipro fun.

For someone looking to pivot into a leadership role in the tech industry, the G100 program is one of the best leadership developments programs out there. From the get-go, I was involved in a project with 10 fellow G100s in advising the CEO on our sales strategy recommendation for a given region in Europe. During my delivery rotation, I worked with one of the largest (by market cap) technology companies in the world on a cloud transformation project. This speaks to the high expectation and trust levied on the G100.

Joining the Global 100 program as part of the first cohort was a great adventure! I collaborated and learned from various teams across the globe, which put me on a fast path to digital strategy consulting. It is inspiring to see how the program has continued to develop year on year and become recognized throughout the company. New joiners now truly benefit from unprecedented G100 alumni and support networks to grow professionally, accelerate their experience, and make an impact.

The G100 program at Wipro gave me the chance to carve out my opportunities based on my interests, skills, and abilities. Each of my rotations led to a deeper understanding of the company, the way we work, and the different technologies we implement. The networking within the company has led to projects and opportunities I might not have thought existed .

As part of the G100 program at Wipro, I experienced working on 4 different rotations with varied industry segments such as Airports, Communication, Media, Telecom, and Banks. Also, over the course of 15 months, I donned multiple hats including that of a Project Manager, Account Manager, and Consultant.
This is a one-of-its-kind program that offers a diverse range of experiences. Each of the rotations pushed me out of my comfort zone and I was able to add a new facet/skill to my repertoire.
