Global 100 Leadership Development Program

In today's dynamic and challenging business environment, Wipro aims to compete by developing a leadership pipeline of diverse and globally minded individuals.

Launched in 2015, our Global 100 Leadership Development Program enables recent MBA graduates to evolve into the next generation of leaders at Wipro. Over a duration of 15 months, the program offers multi-industry, multi-sector perspectives and hands-on immersive experiences through strategic exposure across our key business units. Program participants are hired as Global Business Managers.

Wipro also offers a 10-week internship program to MBA students that helps them realise their leadership potential.

The Global 100 Internship Program provides dynamic experiences and customised opportunities in our global business lines, including Digital and Consulting practices, and emerging technologies.

We stand at the cusp of a bold new future - one that holds the promise of infinite opportunities and is defined by new global paradigms, disruptive technologies and unconventional business models.

Organizations of the future will demand a new breed of dynamic and enterprising leaders who will radically reshape our notion of 'change'.

We are on a quest to identify the next generation of leaders and are looking for people who demonstrate agility, innovative outlook and collaborative work ethics.

We have gone across the globe to look for those of you who have the potential to lead. This 15-month program will not only challenge you, it will also accelerate your learning.

Come and be a part of this journey!
