Key Responsibilities
· Support the Shift Lead and management team by executing processes for network and distributed platforms in accordance with established knowledge base procedures.
· Provide Tier 1 technical support for the global technology infrastructure.
· Resolve simple, automated, and scripted incidents.
· Execute, coordinate, and implement simple, automated, and scripted infrastructure changes and requests.
· Respond to calls from internal clients, vendors, and technology teams.
· Troubleshoot and provide client support for technology, infrastructure, and batch-related issues.
· Identify and escalate severe events to Command Centre Management.
· Document and maintain incident details within the ServiceNow ticketing system.
· Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support teams.
· Communicate status updates on technical issues and remediation efforts to management.
Required Skills

Experience
· Good experience in Infrastructure Operations, Technical Support, NOC, Network Operations, or Server Support environments.
· Working knowledge of network technologies.
· CCNA-level networking knowledge preferred.
· Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
Education
· Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience: 1-3 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
