IT Technician/Desktop Support
Davidson, NC (Onsite)

Responsibilities
- Communicate with users regarding PC refresh schedules and processes in line with standard procedures
- Track device returns, donations, and vendor shipments
- Perform PC factory resets following approved standard work
- Conduct routine health checks on campus IT infrastructure and document findings
- Prepare and distribute reports covering PC refresh status, returns, donations, and health checks
- Maintain accurate asset inventory records and supporting documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or technical degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- Basic understanding of the Windows operating system
Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
