Job Description
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation
- Design, build, and troubleshoot ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, MIM, CMDB, CSDM, Change, Portal, Knowledge, ITOM, Request and Service Catalog
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and user‑training materials.
- Develop and execute unit tests, System Integration Tests, Regression tests, and QA checks to ensure functional reliability.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise platform governance.
- Apply ITIL and ITSM best‑practice to improve service delivery and ensure compliance with Enterprise and organisational standards.
