Job Description: 

Program Manager

  • Experience with significant exposure to clients.
  • Banking domain experience.
  • Good Communication skills and able to Manage Senior leadership at customer location.
  • Work from customer office (as per client working schedules).
  • Hands on leadership with experience of managing Clients.
  • Experience of working on transformation / cloud modernization programs.
  • Drive AI adoption 
  • Deliver client value in engagements.
  • Proactive pitches proposals and drive delivery led growth.
  • Ensure solid delivery governance and rigour across engagements managed.

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $185,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
