Job Description

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to take ownership of optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and ensuring the accuracy and scalability of advanced AI solutions. This role focuses on Polish language models and multimodal data processing, requiring strong technical expertise and collaboration across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities


- Run and optimize RAG pipelines using Polish language models  
- Benchmark system accuracy using available scripts and propose improvements  
- Implement and validate enhancements in data ingestion, chunking, and multimodal pipeline functionality  
- Integrate audio and video support (e.g., Whisper), enhance metadata extraction, and improve table and image extraction processes  
- Develop and maintain scripts for benchmarking GenAI and RAG systems, including accuracy, TTFT, and TTOT metrics  
- Collaborate with DevOps and data engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable AI solutions

Required Skills and Experience


- Hands-on experience with embedding models and techniques  
- Proven ability to benchmark GenAI and RAG systems (accuracy, TTFT, TTOT)  
- Expertise in multimodal extraction technologies, including OCR, audio/video processing, table extraction, and multimodal document processing  
- Fluency in Polish, with the ability to work effectively on Polish LLM projects  
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
