Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

1) Manage and maintain the warehouse inventory of network and IT devices, ensuring accurate tracking of all assets.

2) Record and monitor all devices entering and leaving the warehouse, maintaining complete audit trails.

3) Perform regular asset verification and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.

4) Maintain up-to-date inventory records, including asset status, location, ownership, and lifecycle information.

5) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, shipment, and disposal of assets.

6) Log and update asset details in ServiceNow (SNOW) and ensure data accuracy and completeness.

7) Work closely with the Asset Management team to validate asset information and resolve inventory discrepancies.

8) Generate periodic inventory, stock, and asset utilization reports for management review.

9) Support asset audits, compliance requirements, and inventory governance activities.

10) Ensure proper handling, labelling, storage, and tracking of all network equipment while following organizational processes and standards.

 

 

Mandatory Skills: ITIL - IT Hardware Asset Management .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $35,500 to $76,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
