ATE 93K Maintenance & Calibration Tech , Santa clara, USA
Hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE systems, with a strong focus on calibration and maintenance.
· Solid understanding of ATE hardware architecture and system-level troubleshooting.
· Familiar with test program loading procedures and conducting system health checks.
· Proficient in hardware debugging, using a variety of tools and techniques.
· Skilled in configuring and validating internal and external boards.
· Linux proficiency is essential for daily operations and troubleshooting.
· Experience with Smartest 8 is preferred.
· Capable of supporting engineering activities including testing, program checkout, and hardware validation using ATE systems.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $121,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
