AWS Lambda Developer 

Location-Pune/ Kolkata

Role Summary
AWS Developer with 5–7 years of experience in building cloud‑native applications using AWS CDK, serverless services, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. The role is hands-on, focused on development, deployment, and troubleshooting across AWS and UI components.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop Infrastructure-as-Code using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) in TypeScript.
Work with multiple CloudFormation stacks, using CDK constructs (L1/L2/L3), parameters, outputs, and cross-stack references.
Develop and deploy serverless APIs using Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWSCodePipeline and CodeBuild for CDK and application deployments.
Implement CDK testing (declarative tests, matchers, captors, snapshots) to ensure quality and safe deployments.
Build UI components using React + TypeScript for customer-facing or internal applications.
Integrate authentication and multi‑tenant features using AWS Cognito and optionally Amplify.
Implement secure access controls using AWS IAMand set up CloudWatch logs/metrics/alarms.
Make AWS SDK calls from backend services or client applications as required.
Follow CDK and serverless best practices, contributing to reusable patterns and internal documentation.

 

Required Skills

5–7 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years on AWS CDK.
Strong in TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, CloudWatch.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with Git-based workflows.
Experience writing automated tests for IaC and application code.
Good to Have :Practical knowledge of React + TypeScript for UI development.
