Responsibility-

- As an Administrator, you should be able to do system administration, Incident / problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration management.
- Service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on scheduled tasks as part of Change Management.
- Should be able to handle issues independently and suggest/ implement services improvements plans. Should be able to identify and highlight scope of automation to lead or Manager
- Prefer someone that has familiarity with Logic Monitor, Big Panda, Autosys, ServiceNow tools.
ISERIES ADMIN-L1
- Monitor backups and backup maintenance jobs on 40+ systems and record their start/end times.
- Perform restores and give users required access to their files.
- Record DASD% and system availability.
- Monitors messages on all iSeries LPARs.
- Monitors all input/output of JOB QUEUE’S and OUT QUEUE’S.
- Request service for all iSeries related hardware equipment.
- Resolves end-user problems and promptly respond to customer emails and tickets.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $25,000 to $50,000 .
