Account Delivery Head

Job Description – Account Delivery Head

Location - Hyderabad Only

Role Purpose

  • Own and lead end-to-end delivery for account, ensuring high-quality execution, customer satisfaction, and business growth
  • Drive account-level strategy, delivery excellence, and financial performance (P&L ownership) while aligning with client expectations
  • Mandatory to have prior Account Delivery Head experience

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Account Delivery Ownership

  • Own delivery across multiple programs/projects within account ensuring SLA adherence and quality outcomes
  • Ensure project health through structured governance, reviews, and delivery assurance mechanisms
  • Be accountable for meeting client commitments and delivery KPIs

2. Client & Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and CXOs
  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals
  • Drive regular governance, business reviews, and manage escalations proactively

3. Financial & P&L Ownership

  • Own account P&L, revenue growth, and margin improvement
  • Drive cost optimization, pricing alignment, and utilization
  • Ensure profitable delivery while maintaining service quality

4. Solutioning & Deal Support

  • Lead solutioning for new opportunities, renewals, and expansions within  account
  • Validate delivery feasibility, resource planning, and risk assessment
  • Support commercial decisions including pricing and delivery models

5. Delivery Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Establish strong delivery frameworks including processes, governance, and audit mechanisms
  • Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and scope deviations
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and contractual obligations

6. Talent & Capability Management

  • Build and lead high-performing delivery teams (Delivery Managers, Leads, SMEs)
  • Ensure talent supply readiness aligned to  demand pipeline
  • Drive capability building, succession planning, and leadership development

7. High-Volume Staffing & Fulfilment Alignment

  • Partner with staffing/TA teams to ensure timely closure of demands (niche + volume hiring)
  • Drive pipeline health, interview conversion, and drop ratio improvement
  • Optimize onsite-offshore mix and ramp-up strategies

8. Continuous Improvement & Transformation

  • Drive automation, innovation, and reusability initiatives to improve delivery efficiency
  • Implement best practices and improve time-to-deliver and operational productivity

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Account Delivery & Program Management (large enterprise accounts)
  • Expertise in P&L management, financial governance, and cost optimization
  • Advanced stakeholder and client management (CXO-level engagement)
  • Strong governance, risk, and compliance orientation
  • Leadership in building high-performing teams and driving execution excellence
  • Data-driven decision-making (delivery metrics, pipeline, utilization)

Experience Required

  • 18–22+ years in Delivery / Program / Account Management
  • Proven experience managing large global enterprise accounts ( or similar)
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery + staffing alignment in high-demand environments
Mandatory Skills: Delivery Management .
