Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with business and account leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and provide end-to-end HR support for business initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement through regular connects, skip-level meetings, and leadership interactions; analyze feedback and implement action plans to enhance morale and retention.
- Facilitate career development by enabling internal mobility, creating awareness of career paths, and supporting succession planning and leadership development.
- Lead execution of talent management processes including goal setting, performance appraisals, merit increases (MSI), and development planning as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the account.
- Provide guidance on employment laws and ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies; handle employee relations and grievance resolution effectively.
- Execute core HR operations such as onboarding, compensation reviews, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and process excellence.
- Design and drive HR interventions tailored to business needs, including engagement programs, culture-building initiatives, and change management efforts.
- Collaborate with central HR teams to anchor organization-wide initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and frameworks.
- Use data-driven insights to support decision-making, improve HR processes, and strengthen overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualification
• Full time Post Graduate in Human Resources from an premier institute.
• Relevant experience as HR business partner
• Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working.
• High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries.
• Interpersonal sensitivity, team player.
