Role:
Account Transformation Delivery Manager

12+ year experience in driving process transformation solution across larger program, customer, accounts.
Responsible for driving business process change by analyzing, designing, and implementing new, efficient, and effective business processes, often leveraging technology like automation and AI. Key duties include strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to achieve strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the Business process vision into a feasible transformation roadmap, assessing capabilities and setup strategic delivery pillars
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders, to ensure alignment, gain buy-in, and manage project execution.
- Experience budgeting, project managing
- Lead the execution of transformation initiatives, deploying new processes and technologies such as AI, analytics & workflow
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), collect data, and analyze performance to monitor progress and ensure projects deliver measurable results.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives, implementing appropriate controls and ensuring compliance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by providing guidance to project teams and managing the human aspect of change.
