Role: Technical Lead - Hadoop, SQL, .NET
Location: Addison, TX (3 Days onsite/week)
Job Description:
7+ years of experience in software development with Hadoop, SQL and SIIS, database design, performance tuning, and complex queries.
Strong experience with .NET Core and Angular.
Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, branching strategies.
Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem‑solving skills.
Required Skill:
Expertise in Hadoop and SQL Server
Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, Web services and RESTful APIs, client side technologies - JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
Strong technical problem-solving, reverse engineering and analytical skills for a complex Service Oriented Architecture financial system with security in mind. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Sufficient experience to work with design, structure and functionality of an existing system. Ability to work with design patterns and multiple systems architecture designs and integration flows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with distributed team including offshore.
Knowledge of full software development life cycle, including writing stories, low level documentation, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
