Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle client technical queries and provide timely solutions.
- Use Postman and internal tools to test and debug REST APIs.
- Analyze API responses, network issues, and system logs to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to escalate and resolve product issues.
- Document support tickets, steps, and resolutions for future reference. • Assist clients during onboarding, configuration, and integration processes.
- Work in rotational shifts to provide global support coverage
Primary Skillset:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in any shift
