Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IBM MQ Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IBM MQ, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a talent for clear communication across all levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to the IBM MQ platform.
- Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to improve system performance, stability, and efficiency.
- Utilize monitoring tools effectively to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring high service availability.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and root cause analysis for MQ service disruptions and performance degradation, implementing timely and effective corrective actions.
- Analyze system logs to pinpoint underlying causes of issues and propose preventative measures.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in IBM MQ platform administration and support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve intricate technical problems.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning and system optimization within an MQ environment.
- Experience with MQ monitoring tools and implementing preventive strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
Experience: 3-5 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $110,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
