ISERIES ADMIN-L1

    1. Monitor backups and backup maintenance jobs on 40+ systems and record their start/end times. 
    2. Perform restores and give users required access to their files. 
    3. Record DASD% and system availability. 
    4. Monitors messages on all iSeries LPARs. 
    5. Monitors all input/output of JOB QUEUE’S and OUT QUEUE’S. 
    6. Request service for all iSeries related hardware equipment. 
    7. Resolves end-user problems and promptly respond to customer emails and tickets.

Mandatory Skills: ISERIES ADMIN .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $25,000 to $50,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
