Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridging the gap between customer and Wipro delivery team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulating aptly to delivery teams thereby, ensuring right solutioning to the customer.

Mandatory skills:
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories, Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and solution design, Familiarity with tech stacks and integration patterns, Conducting daily standups (or daily scrums), sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensuring that these ceremonies run smoothly and effectively.
- Removing Obstacles:
Skilfully identifying and eliminating obstacles or distractions that might hinder the team from achieving their goals.
Advocating for the team’s needs and ensuring they have the necessary resources - Promoting Collaboration:
Encouraging collaboration within the Scrum team and across the broader organization.
Fostering an environment where team members work together seamlessly.

- Adherence to Scrum Principles:
Guiding the team to follow Scrum principles and values.
Ensuring that the team adheres to the Scrum framework. - Continuous Improvement:
Identifying areas for improvement and suggesting actionable steps for future sprints.
Regularly analyzing burndown charts and other planning tools to track progress1. - Skills and Requirements:
Proficiency in agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (such as Scrum or Kanban). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings effectively.
- A problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
