Job Description
Location- Bengaluru
Experience- 7 to 10 years of experience
- Monitor and track SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and service performance metrics for the CFS tower.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
- Identify SLA breaches, recurring misses, and performance trends.
- Coordinate with tower teams to validate data and explain service deviations.
- Support preparation of service review decks, governance packs, and operational reports.
- Ensure service targets are aligned with contractual commitments and operational capability.
- Highlight service risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure knowledge articles are accurate, approved, categorized, searchable, and up to date.
- Coordinate with resolver groups and SMEs for article creation and review.
- Track knowledge usage, effectiveness, and content gaps.
- Promote knowledge reuse across teams to reduce dependency on individuals.
- Ensure adherence to SLM standards.
- Support internal governance reviews and audit readiness.
- Participate in service review meetings and document decisions/actions.
- Work with process owners to improve reporting accuracy and process maturity
