Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage country-specific Payroll Processes and Payroll Drivers for Saudi Arabia and other Middle Eastern countries.
- Provide expertise in SAP HCM modules and ensure seamless integration with other business processes.
- Develop and maintain SAP HCM solutions to meet the unique needs of the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in payroll and HR processes
