Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

- Experience in implementation of ServiceNow based process enhancements.
- Experience in implementation of contract Management system to improve identity and access Management.
- Experience in Technical integration between SailPoint and ServiceNow.
- Implementation of automated ServiceNow tickets that prompt for access revalidation at defined intervals.
- Implementation of new ServiceNow workflows with a predefined set of actions for certain events.
- Implementation of ServiceNow workflow for special area access requests leveraging a fixed form.
- Implement minor changes to the existing visitor gate pass request workflow.
- Modifying the existing SailPoint (movers and leavers) processes to create automated ServiceNow tickets
- Modifying existing SailPoint processes to create automated ServiceNow tickets
- Implementation of automated ServiceNow ticketing.
- Modification of existing workflow to assign access for new joiners
- Development of new workflow to modify access roles, new automated ticketing, additional access to OT systems or Active Directories in different plants/parks
- Implementation of a ServiceNow workflow for access requests to special areas.
- Configuration of enable role-based access Existing SailPoint implementation
- Knowledge of Testing, Reliability, Security, Integration, Maintainability, Supportability of entire application.

- Train direct reportees to make right recruitment and selection decisions

- Ensure 100% compliance to WiproâÂÂs standards of adequate onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability & effectiveness
- Build an internal talent pool of HiPos and ensure their career progression within the organization
- Promote diversity in leadership positions
- Performance Management
- Set goals for direct reportees, conduct timely performance reviews and appraisals, and give constructive feedback to direct reports.
- Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxt are well understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below
- Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
- Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
- Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
- Proactively challenge the team with larger and enriching projects/ initiatives for the organization or team
- Exercise employee recognition and appreciation
