Key Responsibilities


• Design and develop Oracle PL/SQL code upon the business requirements provided by the business team.  This will require investigating and learning various internal data models
• Extend the data model to support new enhancements by creating new data sets using Talend ETL and supporting procedures/packages/functions and other PL/SQL objects
• Performance tuning to ensure application and API calls are saved and returned within the defined SLA
• Assure data quality and response times to meet business requirements
• Document and manage all documentation and code utilized to define, create and deploy PL/SQL and ETL objects
• Support Adhoc requests for data requested by Business and technology teams
• Write and maintain data flows, process flows, tech specs at all times using various tools such as Visio, Microsoft office tools

• 7+ years of extensive experience working with Oracle PL/SQL in the development of stored procedures, packages, batch jobs, triggers, DDL/DML scripts, Import/Export scripts, etc. in an application development environment 
• Experience with Oracle RDBMS 19c and 11g (Stored Procedures, View, Indexes)
• 1-2 years of experience in any of the ETL tools. Talend experience will be added advantage
• Experience in performance tuning.
• Establishing and documenting database. architectural guidelines, establishing operational best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle tools including 3rd party integration products.
• Data modelling and Oracle database design.
• Full lifecycle application development support – designing and debugging applications DB functionality.
• Ability to work directly with Applications Developers to design, build and support new systems.
• Should have strong knowledge with relational databases and SQL Strong skills with SQL tuning and, ETL and Integrations
Mandatory Skills: MS SQL .
