Job Description

Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors projects and programs.
  • Own project planning, execution, governance, budget, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
  • Manage project status reporting, RAID logs, KPIs, and steering committee updates.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, HR teams, IT teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, design reviews, and decision-making sessions.
  • Drive customer communication and executive governance meetings.

SuccessFactors Delivery

  • Manage implementation and rollout of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Onboarding, Time Off, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Reporting.
  • Oversee configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
  • Ensure global template alignment while accommodating local compliance requirements.

Integration & Technical Oversight

  • Govern integrations between SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Active Directory, SAP systems, CPI, and third-party applications.
  • Coordinate with integration and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and issue resolution.

Experience:

  • At least 10 years’ experience in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM AMS lead role with certification.
  • Client handling role from onsite/offshore
  • Scrum master/PMP certificate added advantage.
