We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant with a strong specialisation in Sales to join our growing digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering scalable CRM solutions that optimise sales processes and enhance customer engagement.


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders to define CRM Sales needs.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales solutions including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline automation.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM modules using workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate CRM with external systems (e.g., ERP, marketing platforms).
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional design documents, and support UAT and go-live activities.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
  • Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend CRM capabilities.
  • Apply DevOps practices for CRM deployments and version control.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM, with a focus on Sales module.
  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes: lead-to-order, sales performance, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in MSCRM Functional configuration and MSD365 Customisation (workflows, plugins, business rules).
  • Experience with Power Platform tools and DevOps for Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; certifications in Dynamics 365 (MB-210, PL-200) preferred.

🔹 Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to Field Service, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
  • Experience in Agile delivery environments and working with global teams.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for Dynamics 365.
