Your a highly experienced and visionary Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect and will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), with a strong focus on Sales, Power Platform, and integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM solutions.
- Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise standards.
- Guide functional and technical teams through solution design, configuration, customisation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance for Dynamics 365.
- Provide architectural governance and technical leadership across multiple projects and geographies.
- Conduct architecture reviews, performance tuning, and security assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with at least 5 years in a solution architect role.
- Expertise in MSCRM Functional (L3) and Architecting (L2) with deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and later
- Strong command of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Power Portal for Dynamics 365.
- Experience with DevOps for Dynamics 365, including CI/CD, automated testing, and release management.
- Proficiency in MSD365 Customization and Configuration, including workflows, plugins, and business rules.
- Familiarity with Data Fabric concepts and enterprise data integration strategies.
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-600, PL-600, or Solution Architect Expert are highly desirable.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in large-scale CRM transformations across industries such as telecom, energy, and manufacturing.
- Exposure to hybrid CRM environments (e.g., Dynamics + Salesforce).
- Experience with Azure services, API management, and enterprise integration platforms.
