Job Description
As a CRM Technical Lead at Wipro Technologies-Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales modules. You will leverage your extensive technical expertise in Dynamics CRM and related technologies to architect and deliver robust solutions that strengthen our client's customer relationship processes. This position requires a strategic thinker who is adept at leading complex system integrations, customizing applications, and driving seamless deployments across various platforms, including mobile devices
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment with business objectives and to deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed expectations. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed technical documentation, defining solution architectures, and mentoring development teams to foster innovation and high performance. Strong communication skills are essential as you will manage stakeholder expectations and lead the development lifecycle with autonomy and confidence.
In this role, you will also be expected to stay abreast of new developments in CRM technologies and industry best practices to continually enhance solution capabilities and contribute to the organization's strategic roadmap. Your expertise in Power Platform and Microsoft technologies such as .NET Framework, WPF, C#, and SQL Server will be critical in delivering scalable, secure, and efficient CRM solutions.
Must have 8+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales module design and development experience.
Your Profile
•Well versed with the overall technical architecture of Dynamics CRM sales module
•Experience of defining/creating solution architecture, functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM sales module solutions
•Must have lead the design and development of Dynamics CRM end-to-end implementations
•Expertise in design and hands-on development of Dynamics CRM solutions
•Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, Mobile Express, SQL Server
•Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets)
•Must have working experience on Power Platforms
•Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
•Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
