We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O HCM Lead Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This senior-level role is responsible for driving strategic HCM transformation initiatives, providing expert guidance to clients, and leading project teams to successful delivery
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
· Serve as the primary HCM subject matter expert for clients, advising on best practices, business process improvements, and industry trends.
· Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth of team members.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute HCM transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
· Design and configure modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service.
· Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal consultants.
· Support business development activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards within HCM solutions.
· Identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation to maximize ROI for clients.
· Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support for live D365 F&O HCM environments
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HCM consulting, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
· Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM implementations in enterprise environments.
· Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and change management principles.
· Strong knowledge of D365 F&O HCM modules, configuration, and integration with other business systems.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or HCM modules are highly desirable.
· Experience with global implementations and multi-country payroll is a plus.
