Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution Architect to lead the rollout of D365FO. You will work with a scalable global template, manage localizations, drive governance, and ensure smooth regional deployments while aligning business and IT strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a global D365FO template covering Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee solution architecture including integrations, extensions, and data migration.
  • Lead fit-gap workshops, create rollout plans, and support go-lives.
  • Establish governance processes and manage deviations from the global core.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, country teams, and Microsoft partners.
  • Oversee cut overs, Data Migration and interim solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have over 10 years of experience with Dynamics AX or D365FO and at least 5 years in leading global rollouts.
  • Expertise is required in Finance, Supply Chain, Retail modules, and localizations.
  • Strong skills in solution architecture, integrations, and managing global stakeholders are essential.
  • Experience in client handling with regards to scope, solution and methodology.
  • Experience in global template, pilot and multi deployment roll out inc. Interim solutions
  • Strong integrations with a middleware and interface design.
  • Preferred qualifications include Microsoft certifications such as Finance, Supply Chain Management (SCM), or Solution Architect Expert.
