We invite a dedicated and experienced professional to join Wipro Technologies-Netherlands as an MS CRM Technical Architect / Specialist within our TS - ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS division. This vital role demands a seasoned expert with over 10 years of comprehensive experience in implementing substantial Microsoft CRM sales applications and solutions, playing a pivotal role in designing and architecting robust business systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and development of complex Dynamics CRM sales applications ensuring seamless integration with legacy and in-house systems.
Architect, develop, and implement robust web services utilizing advanced programming languages including C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and SQL, alongside employing SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) for dynamic reporting and dashboard functionalities.
Drive the deployment and optimization of Dynamics CRM Sales solutions for mobile and handheld devices to enhance field operations and customer engagement.
Oversee post-implementation support while managing system maintenance to guarantee reliability, security, and consistent performance of CRM solutions.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, delivering transparent communication, technical expertise, and leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Utilize Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, and Windows Networking knowledge to underpin security and performance parameters effectively.
Enhance CRM platforms with cutting-edge web technologies such as ReactJS, JSON, WCF, oData, and jQuery, pushing the boundaries of user experience and system responsiveness.
Employ your expertise in Microsoft Power Platform components to extend and customize CRM applications, promoting innovation and automation.
Champion strong coding standards and implement best practices within cross-functional development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

 

Your Profile

•Overall 10+ years’ experience in implementing large packaged MS CRM sales applications
•Extensive knowledge and experience in architecting, developing, implementing and integrating business solutions built with Microsoft Dynamics CRM  Sales Module
•Must have 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM  &  design and development experience, specifically developing web services and database applications using a variety of technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, SQL, and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) and successfully integrate with Dynamics CRM sales Module
•Must have lead the design and development of at-least 2 Dynamics CRM integration projects with legacy/in-house applications
•Experience with deployment of Dynamics CRM  Sales module solution on hand-held devices preferred
•Experience in post implementation support and maintenance
•Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, WPF, C# programming, CRM SDK, SQL Server 
•Experience in designing and deploying SSRS custom reports/Dashboards with Dynamics CRM 
•Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Authentication, Windows Networking, Performance and Security aspects
•Experience with advanced web development technologies used with the XRM platform would be preferred, including ReactJS, JSON, WCF,  oData, jQuery
•Must have working experience on Power Platforms
•Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders at all levels
•Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
Mandatory Skills: Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales .
