Descrição da vaga:

Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista DevOps com perfil analítico e atenção aos detalhes, que será responsável por garantir a integridade, consistência e disponibilidade dos dados utilizados pelas áreas de MIS e WFM. Essa pessoa será peça-chave na validação dos dados antes das atualizações diárias, assegurando que estejam corretos e nos locais apropriados para que os cálculos e análises sejam precisos.

    • Responsabilidades:

      • Validar e garantir a qualidade dos dados antes das atualizações diárias.
      • Automatizar e otimizar processos de verificação e movimentação de dados.
      • Trabalhar em conjunto com os times de MIS e WFM para garantir que os dados estejam prontos para análise.
      • Monitorar e corrigir inconsistências nos dados.
      • Documentar processos e boas práticas de manipulação de dados.

      • Requisitos:

        • Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções relacionadas a DevOps, análise de dados ou áreas correlatas.
        • Ensino médio completo (Ensino superior será considerado um diferencial para futuras promoções).
        • Conhecimento sólido em:
          • Power Query
          • SQL
          • Excel

            Diferenciais

            • Conhecimento em Microsoft Access
            • Conhecimento em VBA
            • Familiaridade com operações de teleatendimento

            • Proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.
            • Capacidade analítica e raciocínio lógico.
            • Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe.
