’ Job Description:

The responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring clear, concise, and professional communication with employees and stakeholders.
• Reviewing and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Understanding the HR environment to rapidly triage issues and assign to appropriate partners.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to HR activities and initiatives.
• Detail-oriented review of outputs to ensure correctness and completeness.
• Participation in tool design and planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Exceptional organizational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly detail-oriented professional with experience in the HR domain.
• Proficiency in analytics tools and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 1+ years of HR experience.
